Looking for a place out and away from the big citys, in the northwest part of Kansas, somewhere not too far from the Nebraska border. A small homestead, gentlemans farm, must have a house and hopefully a few buildings. We were forced to Texas 12 years ago and have 2 more years here an then we want to come back to the real life. We have no savings due to meicle bills but can finance if it is reasonable. Fixer upper ok, as long as it is livable whlie fixing it up.
